Most “lead gen” for trades rents you a phone number, keeps the account, and sells the same homeowner to three shops. This desk does the opposite. The account is yours before the first ad runs.
The assistant exists because a night backup does not wait until morning, and a person cannot answer every ping without living in the phone. It is fast. It is honest about what it is. It books the slot. Then it gets out of the way.
If your shop is outside Saskatoon, or you are not a plumber, this is not the desk yet. The call will still be short. We would rather say no than invent a second niche.
