First 90 days
What the first 90 days look like.
The plan for a new shop, step by step. No made-up results: we're taking our first founding clients now, and your numbers will be reported to you every week.
01 · Week 1
Setup.
- Google Ads and Meta accounts opened (or cleaned up) in your shop’s name, on your card.
- Call, form, and booking tracking installed so every lead is counted.
- Answering script written with you: the jobs you want, the ones you don’t, your service area, your open slots.
- Missed-call text-back and calendar connection (Google, Apple, Jobber, or Housecall Pro).
02 · Weeks 2–4
Live.
- Ads go live after you approve them (Standard and Growth).
- Every new lead gets an answer in seconds, day or night. The assistant says it is an assistant.
- Booked jobs land in the calendar you already use. You just show up.
- We cut search terms that bring the wrong jobs as soon as they show up.
03 · Days 30–90
Tune and report.
- Weekly one-page report: spend, leads, booked jobs, cost per booked job, and the searches we refused.
- Shift budget toward the jobs that actually book. Pause what doesn’t.
- Tighten the answering script from real conversations.
- Day-90 review with you: what to keep, what to change, whether to grow.
