FAQ

Straight answers.

Accounts, the assistant, the fee, and what happens if you leave.

Do I own the ad accounts?

Yes. They are opened in the shop’s name, on your card. We are users on the account, not the owner. You can remove us the day you leave.

Does the assistant pretend to be a person?

No. The first thing it says is that it is an assistant. A person still does the plumbing, and a person still does the 15-minute sales call with us.

Which calendars does it book into?

Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Jobber, and Housecall Pro. Say so on the call if you live in something else.

How fast is the answer?

The target is under a minute, day or night, for a new web lead, a missed call, and a Facebook message. If the assistant is down, you get a text. Silence is a failure, not a setting.

What does the monthly fee not include?

The C$997 one-time setup fee, which is the same flat amount on every tier and charged once. Ad spend, on Standard and Growth: you pay Google and Meta directly. Starter does not run ads. Fees are plus tax.

Is there a contract?

That is agreed on the call. This website does not set it.

Do you do the plumbing?

No. We do not dispatch, we do not quote pipe, and we do not show up at the house. You do.

Will you take shops outside Saskatoon?

Not yet. The first niche is plumbers inside the city. Warman and Martensville can be named on the call if your trucks already roll there. Regina is a different desk.

What happens on the 15-minute call?

We ask which jobs you want, which ones you are tired of, what calendar you use, and what a bad lead cost you last month. If we are the wrong desk, we say so on the call.

Can I approve ads before they run?

On Standard and Growth, yes. Nothing new goes live until you say so. Starter does not run ads.
